POSITION SCOPE:

The Cycle Counter will be responsible for conducting cycle counts on a daily basis, assigning pick locations for new products, maintaining overstock locations, verifying pick locations for inventory accuracy, processing returns, and returning returns to stock or back to the vendor along with other duties as assigned.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Conducts various inventory auditing tasks to count subsets of inventory in accordance with communicated schedules.

· Performs data entry relating to inventory receipts, transfers, production, and adjustments.

· Monitors inventory levels and identifies slow moving products or expiring items.

· Ensures that all inventory/production/shipping/receiving reports are generated and sent timely and accurately.

· Ensures that all inventories are reconciled and the appropriate reports are sent to clients.

· Responsible for ensuring that all counts are accurate and inventory is managed and properly reported in the ERP system.

· Regularly uses and maintains RF scanners to ensure inventory is properly scanned and accounted for.

· Updates product labels as necessary.

· Assists in completing on-hand inventory adjustments as required or assigned.

· Performs ongoing, rotating inventory counts of product.

· Carries out general housekeeping duties to ensure locations are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner.

· Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements, at all times.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma plus any additional courses preferred.

· Counterbalance Forklift – Mandatory

· Minimum 3-6 months of experience required.

· Work requires some analysis and problem solving that is generally straightforward, repetitive and involve different but related processes and methods.

· Demonstrated accountability for quality, accuracy and adherence to work instructions.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with peers within a work area.

· Flexible and able to work overtime hours as required, and must be able to get to this location reliably and consistently.

· Demonstrated skills in being organized, detail oriented, accurate and thorough.

· English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout an 8 hour shift is required.
