Continuous innovation, technological research, an international outlook, and social and environmental responsibility are the core values that Anatolia has consistently upheld in its ongoing pursuit of excellence. The construction of the new Anatolia factory, located in the majestic Gulf of Izmir, Turkiye, and intended for the production of sintered stone slabs, is currently ongoing, and production has commenced. The facility will also house the company’s research and development department, showrooms, and offices—a major innovation powerhouse with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and logistics center.

Anatolia's production plant has a planned total of ten lines equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment for producing sintered stone slabs. The plant is conceived as a space for designers to experiment with materials and diverse methods to bring novel products to life. The intuitive and efficient building layout is accentuated by solid stone blocks and long, glass-clad voids, favoring focus and stability. Finally, an adjacent centralized storage space ensures the efficient and monitored gathering of both raw materials and finished products. With an impressive 2,267,450 ft2 / 210,653 m2, the facility is one of the largest and most technologically advanced in the world.

Micacchi Architecture is an Avant-garde Canadian studio that has designed Anatolia's new manufacturing facility in Turkiye. Within the expansive walls of the Turkiye facility, quality reigns supreme. Micacchi Architecture's relentless pursuit of perfection is evident in every corner, from demanding alignments to the careful selection of materials. As the backbone of Anatolia's research and development endeavors, the facility embodies a commitment to superior craftsmanship and innovation. Guided by a vision of creating an immersive experience, the studio meticulously crafted each space to harmonize with its surroundings.

SUSTAINABILITY: THE HEART OF OUR OPERATIONS

Anatolia’s manufacturing facility, warehouse, and operational infrastructure have been carefully conceived to harmoniously integrate cutting-edge technology, thoughtfully harnessed to minimize our environmental footprint, enhance operational efficiency, and above all, produce industry leading products for the global design community.

Our facility, meticulously crafted within LEED guidelines, boasts solar panels, advanced water treatment systems, energy-saving kilns and presses, and an innovative rainwater collection setup.

LEED Certification
The production facility and administrative office building are designed and constructed with the aim to achieve a LEED Certification, which provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings, which offer environmental, social and governance benefits.
Solar Panels
Cutting-edge solar panels, encompassing the entire roof of the facilities at a total of 2,267,450 sq ft / 210,653 m2, are being installed and poised to generate an impressive 21.5 MW of energy. This substantial output is anticipated to fulfill a significant portion of the energy needs of our production plant, while concurrently facilitating a substantial reduction of carbon emissions. This environmentally conscious initiative will effectively prevent the release of 19,000 tons of carbon into the atmosphere annually.
Facility Water Treatment
Our operational water resources are in a 100% closed-loop recycling system, employing state-of-the-art recycling and treatment technologies at the height of industry standards. Housed indoors within our production facility, our treatment plant serves as a pivotal element in our commitment to environmental best practices. This strategic placement effectively curtails the risk of environmental water contamination, ensuring the utmost purity of our product offerings. Our indoor treatment significantly reduces evaporation, effectively mitigating water loss during the process and solidifying our position as one of the industry’s preeminent examples of water efficiency.
Rainwater Collection System
Sustaining a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing outdoor green oasis for employee relaxation necessitates a reliable water source to nurture thriving plant life. In our commitment to water conservation, we have implemented a system that harvests rainwater from a generous 31,815 m2 roof top, storing it in a 2,100 ton cistern for efficient utilization in our irrigation process.

Anatolia has strategically aligned with global machinery innovation leaders, including the renowned Sacmi, celebrated for their pioneering research and groundbreaking innovations. Sacmi’s cutting-edge technology epitomizes world-class ingenuity, delivering considerable energy conservation and waste reduction advantages to our production facilities.
